Budapest:Top seed Sara Errani of Italy beat Russsia's Elena Vesnina 7-5, 6-4 to win the $220,000 Budapest WTA tournament here Saturday.

The 25-year-old now has a total of five WTA titles. She is also projected to crack the top 25 on the new rankings.

The unseeded Vesnina took out three seeds to reach the final. She has been in six tournament finals but has lost all of them. (IANS)
