Mohali :Jaideep of Nalagarh House was declared first in shot-put on the second day of the Annual Inter-House Athletics Meet of Yadavindra Public School on Thursday.

Yadavindra Public School hosted a variety of field and track events on the second day of the meet in which lots of students took their participation and struggled in triple jump (U-14) for boys hard to lead their respective houses to victory. Bhalinder Singh of Nalagarh won the first prize in the 800m race for boys (u-14) while Mahesh Inder Singh of Patiala House secured the top slot in triple jump (U-14) for boys.

The following are the results :
Shot-put (8 lbs) (U-17) boys: Jaideep (Nalagarh House) 1 and Abhimanyu Mann (Aitchison House) 2; 800m race (U-14) boys: Bhalinder Singh (Nalagarh House) 1, Anmol Galhotra (Tagore House) 2 and Anirudh Gargia (Patiala House) 3; triple jump (U-14) boys: Mahesh Inder Singh (Patiala House) 1, Jashan Preet Singh (Ranjit House) 2 and Gurjot Singh.
