Chandigarh: Surjan Singh and Manpreet Kaur were declared the best athletes in 57th Annual Athletics Meet. This was the concluding day of race that was held at Government College of Education, Sector 20.
Cultural and folk items were also the centre of attraction for the spectators. Students also took keen interest in fancy dress competition which was held on the same campus during the annual athletics meet.
