Chandigarh: Government Model School, Sector 36 (GMSSS 36) combined with the trainees of the Chandigarh Football Academy (CFA) defeated St Stephen’s School, Sector 45, with a massive margin of 7-0 in the finals of Tata Tea Jaago Re Inter-Milan Soccer Stars Tournament.

The strikers from Model School had an easy outing and scored goals one after another. Jatinder and Mohd Shaukat scored two goals each, while Deepak, Vikram and Thaleel got their name on the scoreboard with one goal each.

Anmol Gupta of St Stephen’s School was awarded as the best goalkeeper of the tournament. Three players from the winning side, Gursimrat Singh, Bikram Singh and Nishu Kumar have got the opportunity to train in Kolkata.
