Mohali: Local veteran master athletes, Advocate GS Sidhu and his younger brother, PS Sidhu, have won six medals in the recently held 32nd Punjab Masters Athletics Championship held at Banga earlier this month. With age no bar, the players won over 100 medals in athletics while participating in various national and international-level tournaments.



After giving their best performance in the tournament, both brothers are selected for the Veteran National Championship to be held in Bangalore from February 23 to 26.  In the recently held national-level competition, both players won three medals each in shot put and hammer throw events in the plus 75 and plus 65 categories.
