Chandigarh: The team of Regional Office, Haryana, defeated Regional Office, Ludhiana, to win the badminton championship during the 9th Zonal ESIC Sports Meet, being held at Panjab University campus, here today.

Haryana team defeated the rivals by 2-0 while team of DMD defeated HQRS office by 3-2 to win the table -tennis tournament.

In the league matches of volleyball, SRO, Ludhiana, defeated Regional Office, Uttrakhand, by 25-11 and 25-5 while Head Quarters overpowered DMD by 25-18 and 25-12.
