Kolkata: ONGC slammed seven past Canara Bank in a quarterfinal league match of the 116th all-India Beighton Cup hockey tournament at the SAI ground here on Saturday to register its second win.

ONGC had beaten RCF, Kapurthala, 3-2 in its first match.

In the other quarterfinal league game, Air India was held 1-1 by Punjab National Bank.
