Chandigarh: St John’s School, Sector 26, and St Stephen’s School, Sector 45, are set to to meet in the semifinals of the Chandigarh Sub-Junior (Boys) Football Championship for Coca Cola Mir Iqbal Hussain Trophy being played at the Sector 17 football ground here today.

The semifinals will be played on October 17. Both St John’s School and St Stephen’s School registered victories in contrasting style. St John’s School outplayed Saupin’s School, Sector 32, 3-0, while Stephen’s School snuffed out the challenge of DAV Senior Secondary School, Sector 8, 4-3 in a tie-breaker after playing a goalless draw in the regulation period.
