New Delhi: Young Boys Football Club scored a 3-0 convincing victory over Cosmos FC to collect three points in Group- B preliminary league match of DSA Annual ‘A’ Division League Championship - 2016 being held at CEG Village Sports Complex, Akshardham here today.

In the initial 10 minutes, Cosmos Club dominated their their rivals but thereafter, young lads of Young Boys settled and combined themselves well to open 1 - 0 lead in the 21st minute through outside-right Ritesh dodging past rivals defenders to place the ball nicely in opponent's net.

In the 27th minute, Suraj increased the lead 2 -0, while out-side left Narinder Pal increased the tally to 30 in 60th minute.
Later on, Victory Club rallied to hold Paschim Heroes FC to 2 - 2 draw. Paschim Heroes Udit Maria opened score 1-0 in the 19th minute. Victory Club equqlised 1-1 in the 28th minute. Paschim Heroes surged ahead 2-1 in the 27th minute through Jayant Batra. Victory equalised 2 - 2 through Ajay in the 58th minute. Both the teams earned one point each.
