New Delhi: Walled City Football Club scored a 2-0 win over newly-promoted Moonlight Club in group - B preliminary league match of the Delhi Soccer Association (DSA) Annual Senior Division Open Clubs Football League Championship being held at Dr Ambedkar Stadium here on Tuesday.

City Club brightened their chances for super league qualification by collecting seven points from four matches. Moonlight have six points from five games.

City Club took 1-0 lead in the 39th minute. On changing ends, out-side Ripu completed tally 2 - 0 in 56th minute.
Later in group - B, Tarun Sangha FC managed to beat Ahbab FC 1 - 0 to secure three full points. Tarun Sangha's Parveen Kumar was lucky to receive a ball in the 51st minute deflected from rival's defender Mukesh Nathani and Parveen did not commit a mistake to place the ball inside the box.
Tarun Sangha have secured nine points from four matches while Ahbab drew blank from five games.
