Patiala: Resuming at overnight 245 for 5, Chandigarh were bowled out for 334. They lost their sixth wicket when Pardeep Yadav was caught by Harpreet Singh off Mayank Markande for 141 off 281 balls inclusive of 18 boundaries and 2 sixes. The sixth wicket partnership with Raman Bishnoi had realised 233 runs.

Raman Bishnoi in the meanwhile kept one end up and in company of Ishan Mavi 4 not out added 32 runs for the 10 wicket to complete his individual century 119 off 236 balls inclusive of 13 boundaries before being caught by Mayank Markande off Anmolpreet Singh.

For Patiala Markande (4 for 86), Akul Pandove (2 for 75) were the most successful bowlers.

Replying, Patiala opened with Mandeep Inder Bawa and Sanveer Singh and the duo put on 122 runs for the first wicket in 56.2 overs before Sanveer Singh was caught by wicket keeper Pardeep Yadav off Yogesh Aggarwal for 67 off 182 balls, inclusive of 11 boundaries.
Stumps were drawn at the fall of Sanveer’s wicket. Mandeep Inder Singh Bawa remained unbeaten on 51 off 157 balls inclusive of 7 boundaries. For Chandigarh Yogesh Aggarwal 1 for 18 was the only successful bowler. Tomorrow is the last day of the match.
