New Delhi: It was an exciting finish to the inaugural Maitri Cup, the Under 17 - Inter School Football Tournament for Delhi State as both the finalists displayed some excellent skills and techniques. Finally, CRPF beat Modern school to clinch the trophy.

The goal scorers of the match were Dinesh and Abhishek for CRPF Rohini and Rohan for Modern School, Barakhambha. The best player award went to Jai Minocha from Modern School, Barakhambha. The fairplay award was shared jointly by St Xaviers, Rajniwas and Sanskriti ,Chanakyapuri, while Sanskriti also bagged the third place in the tournament.
