Hindustan FC Practices In Full Swing For Delhi Senior Division League

For a football club in Delhi where the game is not just a passion but life, it's of utmost importance to do the right thing in the right way at the right time. And Hindustan Football Club have exactly done that.

Having started their practice two months back for the DSA Senior Division League, the team has just intensified their training couple of weeks back with the announcement of dates for the already delayed tournament.

With immense history attached to it, the club aims to bounce back this season after a-not-so good finish last term. And that reflects in their practice. Boys look fit, confident and there's no dearth of motivation and the support from the management is what is pushing the boys to go that extra mile.

If the boys slug out in the chilly winter evening at the Thyagaraj Sports Complex under lights, the club officials stand on the sidelines, witnessing their wards play. After that, they run around, trying to plug every needs of the players and staffs to make it perfect unit for the tournament.

But one man on the sideline stays more focused than anyone else - Technical Director, Surinder Kumar. He takes note and the next moment, he screams - Man on, run, attack and so on…

On being asked how the training is progressing, Kumar minched no words on his satisfaction. "We have already been training for a long time and I am really happy with how the team have shaped up. We are done with the nitty-gritty aspect of the training, formulating tactics. At these stage, we are looking forward to the tournament and trying to avoid major injuries."

On the team, he said, "Boys have gelled very well, they have good understanding and that reflects in their practice. I am confident, we will do extremely well this year. Let the tournament begin and you will see it yourself," quips Surinder Kumar.
