Chandigarh: Chhattisgarh girls beat Haryana by 29-27 in the first semi-final of All India Invitational Handball Tournament played here on Wednesday.

Top scorers from winning team were Mattimurmu-10, Anita & Durga-5 each, Rajni-4 on the other hand top scorers of losing team were Ritu-8, Anumit-7, Rimpi-4, Pinki-3.

In the 2nd semifinal, Punjab girls beat Chandigarh by margin of 38-24 goals. Top scorers of winning team were Pawandeep-10, Rajwant-8. On the other hand top scorers of losing team were Deepa, Khila & Khushboo-5 each.
