Panchkula: Abhishek beat Shubam in a well-contested match of boys singles u-17 category on the 2nd day of 8th Ashwani Gupta Memorial District Badminton Championship on Monday.
The first game was won by Shubam with the score of 21-15 but Abhishek came strongly in the 2nd game and won it 21-09. The third game was neck-to-neck in the beginning but Abhishek took a 19-15 leadbefore winning it 21-19.
