Lucknow: Many higher rated players from all 32 states of the country would be participating in the National Junior Boys & Girls Chess Championship-2013, starting July 10, at Bora Institute of Management Sciences, Sitapur Road, Lucknow.

The UP Chess Sports Association, Lucknow District Chess Academy and Lucknow District Chess Sports Association are conducting the event jointly.

The event offers Rs 2 lakh as prize money and a sum of Rs 22,000 would be given to the winners. The event will be played in age category such as U-19 boys and girls.
