Lucknow: After two days of the qualifying matches, stage is set for the main draw of the matches at the AITA Under-14 and Under-12 Talent Series Tennis Championship-2012, at the La Martiniere Tennis Facility, Sports development society tennis court here from Monday.

On the final day of qualifying matches here today with the commencement of many exciting games. In the Boy’s singles U-12 UP’s Vibhav Singh Bisht beat Bihar’s Utkarsh Singh by 8-1, Shreekant Thakur of UP beat state mate Anshuman Singh by 8-3, Delhi’s Naman Sherawat beat UP’s Prakhar Awasthi by 8-5, Sahil Ratra of UP beat UP’s Abhijeet Singh 8-2 in a thrilling encounter.

Similarly, in the U-14 boy’s category Vaibhav Singh Bisht of UP beat UP’s Aryan Kulbe by 8-0 and another exiting game of the day play on the second court between UP’s Srijan Singh and Delhi’s Naman Sharma. Where Srijan singh beat Naman by 8-0. All eight winners made it to the main draw. In all 102 players, including 38 in girl’s section would be playing in the main draw.
