Chandigarh: Chandigarh Football Academy, Mahilpur Football academy, Dalbir Football Academy and Gorkha Training Center, Shillong entered semi-finals of 10th Administrator's Challenge Cup Football Tournament being played at Sec-17 Football Stadium and Sector-42 Sports Complex.
Earlier in the morning Mahilpur Football Academy drub Jodhpur Football Academy by 4-0 in their last match in Group B. Rohit scored two goals for Mahilpur in 10th and 82nd minute of play. The other scorers for Mahilpur were Gurchet 25th minute and Dimple Bhagat in 27th minute. Mahilpur Academy was leading by 3-0 at the breather.
In the other match of Group A played at Sec-17 Football stadium Young Challengers Football Academy, Rajkot beat Haryana Football Association by 3-2. Haryana scored first two goals their Vikash in 4th and Dev Karan in 12th minutes of play.
Pavan of Young Challengers scored three goals in a Row in 43rd, 44th and 79th minutes of play.
In the third match of the day GTC Shillong drubbed football Coaching Center Goregaon, Assam by convensing margin of 5-0. Robert metei and Naowa metei scored two goals each whereas Japis Singh scored fifth goal for the winners.
In the fourth match of the day played at Sec-17 hot contender Chandigarh Football Academy out smarted Madhya Pracesh Football association by the margin of 9-0. K.Lal Ramdawava opened the account for CFA in the 30th minute of play and scored first goal for his team. Daniel scored 3 goals in 50th, 65th and 90th minutes of play.
Salman, Samuel, Indermohan and Nishu(two goals) were the other scorers for CFA.
In the last match of the day played at Sector-42 local Chandigarh Football Association beat Sambalpur Football Academy by the margin of 3-2.
Jayram Oram and Doman Marandi scored first two goals for Sambalpur in 15th and 36th minute. Sambalpur lads were leading by 2-0 at the breather.
Chandigarh Football Association scored three goals in the second half of play. Sandeep scored in 68th minutes of play, Proseej scored equalizer for Chandigarh in 69th minute of play. The winning goal was scored by Siddharth in 87th minute of play.
