Mysore: Inspired performances by Akash (42) and Suman (32 & three for 33) helped St. Joseph’s HS (State) registered a narrow nine-run win over Gynanaganga HS in the semifinal of the Dell-KSCA district-level inter-school cricket tournament, here on Saturday.
In the other semifinal, Sadvidya HS, Mysore registered a 63-run win over St. John’s HS, Mandya and entered the final.

St. Joseph’s HS 139 in 29.4 overs (Akash 42, Suman 32,45/3) bt Gynanaganga HS 130 in 30 overs (Suman 33/3, Rahul R. 23/3).
Sadvidya HS, Mysore 155 for six in 30 overs (Shashank S. 50, Shashank Simha 25) bt St. John’s HS, Mandya 92 in 16 overs (Nandish 62, Niranjan 20/4).
