Panchkula: The 8 – Day long European Golf Teachers federation Summer Golf Camp concluded at Panchkula Golf Club on 29th June. This was the last of the series of Three Summer Golf Camps which were conducted at the Panchkula Golf Club this summer to meet the over whelming demand.

In fact, it is for the first time that a total of seven EGTF Golf Camps have been successfully conducted over the past nine months at Panchkula Golf Club.  Brig Punia said “The Management of Panchkula Golf Club is promoting golf in every way possible and the next series of golf camps shall begin shortly in which all golf enthusiasts, Members as well as Non-Members of the club will be welcome to enrol.”

When asked about the growing popularity of the game EGTF certified coach Ajay Gujral said “The popularity of the game has grown immensely in Panchkula. With the help of the Management of Panchkula Golf Club,

I am confident that the next breed of budding golfers in the country will be produced from here in the coming years”.Women, Children and Men of Panchkula, Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Pinjore and Region have something exciting to look forward to over the coming months as they have an opportunity to learn this game professionally in a systematic manner.
