Chandigarh: 23rd Chandigarh Chess Championship has started at St.Xavier’s Senior Secondary school of Sector 44, Chandigarh from Thursday. Team for the upcoming National Challenger Championship to be held at Tirupathi from May 18 to 28 will be selected based on the performance of the players in this tournament. Overall 37 players have been registered in this tournament organized by Chandigarh Chess Association.
