Chandigarh: DAV Amritsar defeated Shivalik School Nangal in the first match of Coca Cola Cup for Boys (U-16) by 78 runs. DAV school batted first and posted a total of 262 runs in the match played at the Guru Nanak Public School, Sector 36.

In reply, Shivalik Model School could only manage 178 runs before getting bowled out in the 41st over.
