Chandigarh: More than 15 teams are anticipated to participate at the five-day AK Misra All-India Senior Men Boxing Championship, scheduled to start on Wednesday.

Over 180 top boxers, most of them of national and international fame, will take part in the latest 10 weights of senior-divison, said Dr CK Jerath, president of the Chandigarh Amateur Boxing Association.

Army Sports Institute, Pune, Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, Manipur and Maharashtra are among the nineteen teams, invited to participate, he said.
