Chandigarh: Shikha Thakur won the best athlete award at the annual sports meet of Dev Samaj College of Education, Sector 36. GS Bhatti, assistant program adviser was the guest of honor for the event.

The event saw a number of sports from hurdle race to three-legged race. 100 and 50m race, long jump, shot put and sack race were the other sports featured in the event.
