Chandigarh: Kings XI Punjab in collaboration with Indraprastha, All India Sports Foundation organized India’s first ever cricket based reality show. This event was important as it provided good platform to the players who possess skills but were not able to get recognition. The event listed the participation of around 250 players to be selected for Punjab and Himachal teams today at the cricket stadium in Sector 16.

Rohini Rajdev, chairperson of the show informed that next trial is scheduled to be held next month and would witness renowned cricket representatives like Irfan and Yusuf Pathan, Kirti Aazad, Ishant Sharma. The cricketers will be chosen in two categories - Under 16 and Under 22 - in the cities of Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Bihar, Jharkhand, Bhubaneshwar, Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, UP, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.
