Dhoni's men will look to break Australia's march in 4th ODI

Adelaide: Indian Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni will look to break Australia’s march in the 4th One-Day international match of the ongoing Commonwealth Series. Australia have won both the matches that they have played and at the top of the table with 9 points. There are talks that Sachin Tendulkar might sit out in the match as part of the rotation policy that India are trying in this series.

India were not very convincing in their victory against Sri Lanka and will have to play much better if they want to defeat the Australians. However, India would have gained confidence from the match between Sri Lanka and Australia. In the match Sri Lanka managed to restrict Australia to a low score and would have had the result in their favour, barring their middle order collapse. Australians will be aware of the fact that they were not on their dominant best as they struggled against the attacking fielding as well as the attacking captaincy.

India has had some success in Adelaide before and would like to stamp their authority on the match.  If India is able to restrict the Australian batting then they do have a chance against the relatively inexperienced Australian bowling attack. With Michael Hussey out of the Australian side, India would fatom their best chance to get back to the Australians.
