New Delhi: Team Argentina had a detailed practice session on Tuesday working on their talents and improvement areas. The players seemed to be confident for the upcoming match and were in high team spirit.

Speaking about the game, Captain, Lucas Rey said, “Hockey is very popular in Argentina, especially Women’s hockey. The crowd here is crazy, and this comes as a motivation for us to play well. Now, we play lot of hockey in Argentina, and we have got good support from the national government. With this, we are growing up step by step and are also gearing up for the world cup.”

Speaking on the sidelines of the match tomorrow against New Zealand, Coach Carlos Retegui said, “New Zealand is a very difficult team and have very offensive style of game. Players like Child and Phil Burrows have excellent game skills. We have to be very attentive and we will put in our best efforts to win the match tomorrow.”
