Chandigarh: Kings XI Punjab on Thursday announced the appointment of Sanjay Bangar, former captain Railways team as the Assistant Coach of Kings XI Punjab. Being an all-rounder, Sanjay has been instrumental in leading his team to victory at various platforms.

Commenting on the appointment, the promoters of Kings XI Punjab said “We are pleased to have Sanjay Bangar as the Assistant Coach of our team for IPL 2014. Given his vast experience as former player and his coaching stints over the years with one other franchise, NCA and India A, we are certain that he will add immense value to the team. We wish him all the best for the upcoming IPL Season 7.”
