New Delhi: In the precision round of 25-m Sport Pistol women event, Commonwealth Games gold medallist Anisa Sayyed of Haryana is leading with a score of 289 points in the National Shooting Championship being held at Karni Singh Shooting Ranges, New Delhi.
Sonia Rai of Himachal Pradesh is on the second position with 287 points while World cup Gold medal winner Heena Sidhu of Punjab is third position with a score of 286, followed by Rahi Sarnobat of Maharashtra and Anita Devi of Haryana, who have the same score of 286 points.
Shreya Gawande of Maharashtra is on the top of the 25m Sport Pistol Junior women event with 285 points. Haryana's Gauri Sheoran 283 is on the second place followed by Chinki Yadav of Madhya pradesh with score of 282.
In the 10 meter Range Air Pistol men's event, Praveen Kumar of Haryana is leading with 579 points, Kapil Kumar of Air Force is just behind on second place with 578 score followed by Army's Jitu Rai and Neeraj Kumar with a same score of 577 points.
In the junior men category of 10m Air pistol event, Kapil Kumar of Air Force is first with 578 points, Army's Arun is on the second place with 571 and Karan Pratap Singh of Punjab is third with the same score.
Final of the both events will be held on Tuesday.
