Johannesburg: All rounder Johan Botha has been named as the captain in the one off T 20 India here on March 30th Africa as the South African Cricket Board has decided to rest AB De Villiers and Hashim Amla after their ongoing test series against New Zealand.

The board has also decided to give chance to three uncapped players, as announced on Friday.

Jacques Kallis is the only player currently in South Africa's Test squad in New Zealand who has been selected.

The players making their debut are Farhaan Behardien and Dane Vilas gained their first call-ups at international level, while Faf du Plessis, a member of the one-day international side, will be making his Twenty20 international debut.
