Meanwhile, according to a report in The Times of India, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) has sent out a strong message to the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) on Suresh Kalmadi asking the IOA to take appropriate action against him. Unhappy with Kalmadi's decision not to resign as the president of the IOA and angry at the stand the country's apex organisation has adopted towards the official, the world body wants the IOA to take action in quick time, says the TOI report. In another report in TOI, speaking on the doping scandal that has surfaced at the school level NADA director-general Rahul Bhatnagar said, "School-doping has potential to damage our future irreversibly.
