'I always take pride in winning medals for the country'

Hyderabad: India’s ace woman shuttler and World No. 4 Saina Nehwal says she is more relaxed now and that is one of the reasons for her impressive performance in the BWF World Super Series where she lost in the final last week.

“In 2011, I had seen lots of ups and downs. But importantly, the confidence is back after the World Super Series in China and I am really pleased with the fitness levels too. We did try a few things before the World Super Series to be more focussed and at the same time in a far more relaxed mood. And, they worked really well,” Saina said looking back at the year that has gone by, in which she entered three Super Series finals also.
