Mumbai: Former National champion Grandmaster Surya Shekhar Ganguly of IOC, with 7.5 points, emerged the individual champion of the 23rd PSPB inter-unit chess tournament here on Wednesday.
Ganguly was followed by top-seeded GM K. Sasikiran of ONGC with 6.5 points. IM M.R. Venkatesh of BPCL finished third with 6 points.
