Sunil Narine is a man with the golden arm and his unpredictability is his strength: Sourav Ganguly

Former Indian captain, Sourav Ganguly has rated Sunil Narine as the most crucial player for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) this season. Sunil Narine bowled an exceptional spell and took four wickets in the first match against Delhi Daredevils and led his side to an easy six-wicket win over Delhi Daredevils. The mystery spinner was the most successful bowler of KKR in the fifth edition of Ipl and he did justice to his mystical spin bowling in the opening match too.

According to the recent reports in Indian Express, Prince of Kolkata, was quoted, "Sunil Narine is a man with the golden arm. The way he deceives the batsman is just a treat to watch. Not just a batsman but a viewer also always keeps guessing which ball will turn away and which will come in. The unpredictability is his strength and in the manner that he has mastered this skill is absolutely commendable.”

Meanwhile Ganguly was quoted by Times of India saying, "I am happy with the way KKR is doing and I hope they will clinch the IPL title for the second time. They had got a good start and now they have to keep the winning momentum going which is very crucial to win this 54 day long tournament. Their bowling is their real strength which makes them a very strong contender for coming out with flying colours in this season.”

Spaeking about Gautam Gambhir, who played a brilliant knock of 42 runs off 29 balls and helped the KKR to chase the low total of 129 runs with eight balls in hand, Dada was quoted by The Hindu saying saying, “Gambhir has to continue his brilliant run from here. For Delhi Daredevils, it was quite visible that they were missing their star batsman Virender Sehwag who would have made a great deal of difference in the outcome of the match. I hope Sehwag will make a strong comeback and put the Delhi on winning ways.”
