Sehwag, Harbhajan likely to be back in Indian colors, Zaheer might be rested from Sri Lanka tour

India is expected to play their best team against Sri Lanka in the five match one-day series and one T20, says a report in The Hindustan Times.

Sachin Tendulkar is likely to be available for the series and explosive opener Virender Sehwag who missed the Asia Cu p is likely to get a recall in the side. Thereport says that Irfan Pathan, Yusuf Pathan and Ravindra Jadeja might find it difficult to retain their place in the side.

Indian team is unlikely to have more than three changes in the 15 which went to Bangladesh for the Asia Cup, says a report in the Telegraph India.

The report says that Pathan brothers might face the axe and Ravindra Jadeja may lose his place to left-arm spinner Pragyan Ojha. But according to the report Jadeja might just be picked because skipper Dhoni likes to have him in the team.

Zaheer Khan is expected to be rested from the series because of the coming Test series that India will be playing. The report also suggests that the vice-captaincy of the team might go back to Sehwag to avoid complications in the dressing room. Virat Kohli was the vice-captain in Asia Cup.

Harbhajan Singh who has been out of the Indian squad from a long time may make a comeback in the squad that will leave for Sri Lanka, says a report in Daily Mail.

He along with R Ashwin, who led the Indian spin bowling attack in the absence of Harbhajan is likely to be the spin combination for India.
