Batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar, who plays for Mumbai Indians in the IPL and is nursing an injury sustained during the inaugural match of the tournament this year is expected to make a comeback in the next match. According to a report in Hindustan Times, Mumbai Indians skipper Harbhajan Singh said that Sachin is fully fit and he is sure that Sachin would make a comeback in their next game provided nothing goes wrong in the nets. Harbhajan added that it would be nice to have him back in the side. Mumbai play Kings XI Punjab next on April 22nd.
The Indian Express writes that Deccan Chargers coach Darren Lehmann blasted his team for poor fielding against Rajasthan Royals who successfully chased down a target of 197 against them. The report writes that Lehmann said that Chargers should have taken catches and should not have let the ball pass between their legs. His team was fielding as though they were some u-14 team ad it was disappointing to suffer three consecutive defeats.
