New Delhi: Golden Star held Glories FC 1-1 in the last league matchup of the DSA ‘B’ Division Football league played here at the Jasola Sports Complex here on Thurday.  put up a 1-1 draw against Glories FC  in DDA Sports Complex at Jasola. The star players from the teams were Saumya (G.S) & Jackey  (Glories). Both the players scored goals for their team.

Both the teams started with an attacking intent, but a good performance by the defenders made sure that either team do not run away with the match. Glories FC drew the first blood of the match when a wonderful pass by Joginder was well received by Jackey who in turn put the ball past the nets.  Glories FC held on to the lead till the first half.

After the change of ends, Golden Star made some great attacking moves and got the equalizer in the very moments of the game when Saumya scored for them.

The match later saw some tense moments but could nothing could materialize leading the match to end on a draw.
