Ghaziabad: IMT Ghaziabad is one of the most renowned B-schools in India and has consistently maintained its position among the Top -15  since its inception in 1980. During these three decades, the institution has not only churned out successful businessmen but also created extensive industry relations.

IMT Ghaziabad is a student driven campus and all major activities starting from admissions to placements are extensively handled by the students. “Chakravyuh” the annual flagship Sports Festival is the biggest of all the major events at IMT Ghaziabad. The 72-hour non-stop sports marathon is the most awaited and sought after sports event across all B-Schools. This year 25 teams from esteemed b schools will fight it out amongst themselves for ultimate supremacy from 10th February to 12th February on IMT grounds.

The teams comprise of 25 members who participate in major games including namely Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Throw ball and Badminton. Small fun games like Treasure hunt, Paintball are also there to relax your nerves. The intensely competed three days culminates into a grand finale party where scores are settled off-ground over hugs and smiles. Well here everybody is a winner and there is a lot to take back home.

“Chakravyuh” is not only a confluence of great athletes but also a rendezvous of Industry Giants. The last edition was sponsored by biggies like Indian Oil, ONGC, Airtel, DLF, HUL, Dabur, Hero Honda, Reebok etc.

IMT believes in channelizing its activities towards welfare and development of society. Therefore, this year Sports Committee of IMT Ghaziabad, under "Chakravyuh Care" (a CSR initiative) is planning to conduct sports related events for schools not having enough amenities, distribute books, calculators ,stationeries, bicycles, skates, and other sports related equipments along with sportswear which includes T-shirts, caps and shoes.
