Chennai: Riding on a stupendous knock by Captain Cool Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Chennai Super Kings thrashed Delhi Daredevils at MA Chidambaram Stadium here on Tuesday. Crediting it to the team effort, Dhoni said that they have balanced their weaknesses well with their strengths.

“Each and every side has their strengths and weakness. We have balanced that well. In each of six years of IPL, we have made it to the playoffs. That is a big achievement both for the team and the owners,” said Dhoni, who was also man-of-the-match.

Meanwhile a disappointed Delhi Daredevils skipper David Warner said bowling in the middle overs let the game slip away from their grasp. “It’s disappointing losing today. The bowlers bowled well in the beginning but didn't get wickets in the middle and that let CSK get away. It's tough, but you have to play with a clear mind. You still have to win the matches for the folks back in Delhi. Hope the Dharamsala wicket is nice and juicy," said Warner.
