New Delhi: Virender Sehwag will lead Delhi in Ranji Trophy opener against Uttar Pradesh at Ghaziabad from November 2-5. The team will see players like Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli playing for their state team ahead of the England series.

Virender Sehwag will lead the Delhi team which has the likes of Virat Kohli, Ishant Sharma along with his opening partner Gambhir.

Unmukt Chand will also be a part of the squad.

Both Sehwag and Gambhir have struggled with their form and this match should provide them the opportunity to score some big runs before the all important England series.
