New Delhi: West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo has been ruled out of the Champions League Twenty20 after he picked up a thigh strain.
This will worsen things for the Chennai Super Kings who already lost batsman S Anirudha after he fractured his right arm during the Challenger Trophy in Rajkot.
Bravo who was part of the triumphant West Indies side in the World Cup Twenty20 has been replaced by Nuwan Kulasekara in the side.
Meanwhile, UVA Next will miss the services of Sri Lankan opener Upul Tharanga due to a finger injury. Ashan Priyanjan will replace him for the tournament.
