New Delhi: Today Trap Men event was completed and Manavjit Singh Sandhu, Olympian won the Gold Medal with a score of 117+22. The Silver Medal was won by Birendeep Sodhi of Air India with a score of 116 + 23 and the bronze medal went to Zoravar Singh Sandhu of Air India with a score of 118 + 20.
In Trap Junior Men Event the Gold Medal was won by G.S. Sharan of Karnataka with a score of 112. There was a tie at a score of 100 for the Silver Medal which was won by Mohd. Shees of U.P. The bronze medal went to Adhiraj Singh Rathore of Rajasthan.
In the Finals of Air Rifle Men event Chain Singh of Army won the Gold Medal with the score of 594 + 102.4 leaving beind Abhinav Bindra, Olympic Gold Medallist, who won the Silver Medal with a score of 591 + 103.2. The Bronze Medal was won by Satyendra Singh of Army with a
score of 590 + 104.1.
The Free Pistol Men Event was also completed today. The Gold Medal was won by Om Prakash of Army with a score of 556 + 93.6. The Silver Medal was won by Gurpal Singh of Army with a score of 551 + 96.6 and the bronze medal went to Amanpreet Singh from ONGC with a score of 548 +96.5.
