Vettel continues to dominate Indian GP practice sessions

Sebastian VettelGreater Noida: Sebastian Vettel of Red Bull set the fastest timing in the final practice round of Indian Grand Prix here today.


Double defending champion Sebastian Vettel who topped both the practice sessions on Friday clocked 1:25.842 to top the third free practice ahead of the qualifying race.


Jenson Button of McLaren clocked the second best timing of the session with 1:26:034. He was followed by Vettel’s teammate Mark Webber who set a timing of 1:26:108.

Lewis Hamilton of McLaren was the fourth fastest with 1:26:151 and Kimi Raikonenen of Lotus (1:26:204) and Bruno Senna of Williams (1:26:214) were fifth and sixth respectively.


Sahara Force India driver’s Nico Hulkenburg (1:26:652) and Paul di Resta ( 1:27:193) clocked 8th and 14th best timing of the session.
