Srinagar:World number 20 Parupalli Kashyap and Ajay Jayaram will take on each other in the summit clash against after they won their respective semifinals matches at the 77th Senior National Badminton Championship here on Tuesday.
London Olympics quarterfinalist Kashyap beat K Srikanth 21-5, 21-8 while Jayaram got better of the sixth seeded Nanda Gopal 21-14, 21-15.

Both the finalists will be vying to win the championships for the first time.
Meanwhile, the defending champion PV Sindhu came from behind to beat Arundhati Pantawane 8-21, 21-18, 21-13 to set up a final clash with the second seeded Sayali Gokhale.
Gokhale winner here in 2008 defeated Tanvi Lad 21-17, 22-11.
In the mixed doubles, Ashwini Ponnappa and Tarun Kona will take on the defending champion Aparna Balan and Arun Vishnu in the mixed doubles final while top seed Aparna Balan and Siki Reddy N face Varsha Belawadi and GM Nischitha in the women’s doubles.
