New Delhi: India’s Divij Sharan touched new high as he jumped 15 places to break the top 100 barrier in the ATP doubles ranking.
Sharan who has been named as a reserved player in the India’s Davis Cup squad achieved the feat after he and Yuki Bhambri made it to the finals of the Shanghai Challenger event last week.
The good show also reflected on Bhambri’s ranking as well as was catapulted nine places to 179.
Sharan is now the fourth Indian player in the top 100 with Paes leading the way at fifth position.
Other two players are Rohan Bopanna at 15 followed by Mahesh Bhupathi on 18.
