Asia Cup: India need 330 runs to defeat PakistanMirpur: Pakistan made 329 for six in 50 overs against India in the fifth match of the Asia Cup at the Shere Bangla National Stadium here Sunday.

Mohammad Hafeez (105) and Nasir Jamshed (112) were involved in a 224-run first wicket stand. Former Pakistan captain Younis Khan made 52 runs to help Pakistan get to a massive score.

India needs to win this match to have a healthy chance to play Pakistan in the finals because if India loses today they will have a minute chance of qualifying for the finals. Indian bowling which has been struggling throughout the Asia Cup had a very mediocre day in the field.

India is tied with Bangladesh on four points and will have to start well in their innings to have any chance of achieving the target set by the Pakistan. Misbah’s team is fielding an extra bowler and will back their bowlers to restrict India and avenge the loss suffered by them in the world cup semifinal.
