Profile:

Sreejesh Parattu Ravindran was the goalkeeper of Indian team at the 2010 Hockey World Cup. He played an excellent role in the first Asian Champions Trophy (2011) held at Ordos, China, in which India defeated Pakistan 4-2 in the final. He made two crucial saves in the penalty shootout to ensure the team’s victory.

The player from Kerala played a key role in India winning the 2010 World Cup opener against arch-rival Pakistan in Delhi.

He played in the 2005 Junior World Cup, where India narrowly missed the bronze. He made his senior debut against France in 2004. He won the silver at the 2008 Azlan Shah Cup, gold two years later.
