New Delhi: The practice camps for the preparations of World Hockey League are at full throttle. All the participating 8 teams are working day in and day out and testing their mettle to give their best in the matches. To sooth their mental pressure, the foreign players are opting to go sightseeing and exploring the beautiful heritage of India.
Talking on the places the team visited Coach of England, Bobby Crutchley said, “We have visited Old Delhi and India Gate in our last visit and many players this time are looking forward to check out the streets of Delhi. We are hoping we can to take out time on a rest day.”
Coach, Colin Batch of New Zealand said, "The team is here for the entire day after the tournament and that’s the day dedicated for sight-seeing. We plan to visit the Red Fort besides Old Delhi."
Speaking on exploring India, Belgium Captain JOHN-JOHN DOHMEN said, “The plan is to visit India Gate Old Delhi and would love to go around the city. The team also wants to visit the Taj Mahal and if it can be managed we would love to do so."
All the teams have found their way to keep their spirits up for the training and the league. These are the top 8 teams which qualified for the World League Finals and are leaving no stones unturned to keep the momentum going and to prove that they deserve to be in the Final of Hero Hockey World League Final.
