Berlin: The manager of race driver Michael Schumacher said on Saturday that the health of the former German F1 ace was and will remain a strictly private matter, almost three years after his ski accident in France.
Manager Sabine Kehm explained in a statement that there will be no future information about the private situation of the 47-year-old Schumacher, reports Efe.
The manager admitted that it is difficult for some to understand this matter, "but we act in full agreement with the opinion of Michael and we appreciate your understanding."
In recent weeks, Schumacher's official website was reactivated, as well as his accounts on Facebook and Twitter.
Schumacher suffered a serious ski accident on December 29, 2013 in the French Alps, after which he spent several months in a coma in a hospital.
The German driver came out of the coma in June 2014 and was transferred to a rehabilitation clinic in Lausanne, Switzerland, and then moved to live with his family in a house in Gland in the Canton of Vaud, where a team of specialists and therapists take care of him.
