Kemba Walker scored seven of his 25 points in overtime as Charlotte rallied from an 18-point deficit in the first half. Al Jefferson had a season-high 26 points in the win while Brandon Knight matched the 26 points to lead the Bucks (6-22).


Detroit Pistons 115 V Cleveland Cavaliers 92

Forward Josh Smith scored a game-high 25 points and point guard Brandon Jennings had 21 points and 13 assists as the Detroit Pistons cruised to a 115-92 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Even in the rare instances when the Nets were putting the ball in the basket, they seemed overmatched.

The Miami Heat needed three late free throws from Ray Allen and a huge game from LeBron James to defeat the Atlanta Hawks 121-119 in overtime Monday at AmericanAirlines Arena. With Dwyane Wade sitting out because of knee soreness, James scored a game-high 38 points. He also had eight rebounds and six assists.

Dirk Nowitzki tallied 31 points and Monta Ellis added 14 of his 18 points after halftime as the Mavericks torched the Rockets' perimeter defenders for a 111-104 victory at Toyota Center.

Former Kings guard Tyreke Evans returned to Sacramento Monday night as a member of the New Orleans Pelicans and helped hand his old team a 113-100 loss.

Evans played well in his return, scoring a team-high 25 points and dishing out 12 assists off the Pelicans' (12-14) bench. Anthony Davis tossed in 21 points and 11 rebounds, while Jrue Holiday added 17 points and 10 assists and Eric Gordon chipped in another 17 points in the win.
